Terms of Service

This document explains who we are, what our services are, and how to use them. Once you download, install or use any service, this agreement shall be binding. We may change this Agreement at any time, but if we do so, we will post the changed version online and it will usually take effect after a reasonable period of time. You should also read our Privacy Policy and Other Services, where other documents may apply.

protocolRevise

Will we change this agreement? We may modify this Agreement from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our Services or changes in applicable law. If we do so, we will post the changed agreement online and will use our best endeavors to notify you. It will be legally binding on you and us 30 days after we post it online. If you don't agree to the changes, you'll have to stop using the service, unfortunately: for services to work, we need everyone to use them under the same rules, not different rules for different people.

feedback or suggestion

You are welcome to provide us with feedback and suggestions to improve the service, in which case you can contact us in the following ways. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions, but we may, in our sole discretion, not use or accept them. In any event, we receive feedback/suggestions without incurring any obligation or liability to you, financial or otherwise.

force majeure

Neither party will be liable for any obligation that the other party would be unable to perform if unforeseen events beyond your or our control occurred.
